Conditions of Nomination (ICT Awards)

1. Nominations are open for the Award Categories for registered Bumiputera business or companies in Malaysia.
2. You have to nominate yourself – your product/ services/ companies.
3. If you would like to submit for different categories, please send us different sets of nomination form.
4. An applicant is allowed to submit more than one nomination; however each nomination (product/services) can only be submitted in one Award Category only.
5. Nominees must own the Intellectual Property Rights of the product.
6. For “Best Young Technopreneur/ Startup” category, nominees must be a Bumiputera under age of 35 years old at the time of nomination closed or the nominated company’s incorporation date must be less than 3 years (Date of incorporation not earlier than 1 November 2010).
7. Your nomination will be automatically disqualified if the above condition/s is/are not met.

1. Nominations are open to companies and online services related to the specified categories.
2. Nomination must from an individual or members of public.
3. Each person can submit their nomination once only.
